Hello ,
I have an i phone Classic, wanted to update it and use it as a whatever device.
What would be the latest firmware for the 2G iphone.
And how do i go on activating it? i dont think i have my AT & T sim handy.

Im going to be there, leaving around 4 or 4 30 am. If anyone is there how many folks are waiting outside already? i think i need to get there early because im leaning towards the 16 gb white

well here is the damage.
I cant get the old paste off the gpu as its baked on hard! I've managed to clean the heatsink of the remnants though.
Will applying a layer to the the GPU be enough? Will the remaining contact area of new paste be effective or is it FUBAR?

The white model looks far worse than the black model. Apple should have used the 3G design anyway, it was way better than the iPhone 4's design...

I suck at photoshop, but here goes nothing. I guess, if it was a little bigger it look decent.
I think a more interesting font would help. Sould be gold n' sparkly! Though size constraints are a problem.

Haven't listened to them for quite some and accidentally stumbled upon their new LP "There Is No Enemy". Damn did I miss these guys. I loaded the new album on my iPod for a quick listen for my 5min hike to the store. Well I ended up walking around for like 45mins totally spaced and only came to when the cd ended. All in all, good walk - great cd.;)

Just checked on my O2 account and my iPhone is also being delivered by DHL tomorrow :eek: didn't think my order had been processed as I'm existing iPhone user and got caught up in O2 web order disaster.

Question...anyone know where i can change the SD card and jumpdrive icons in Candybar?
I thought they showed up in the Device pane when they were plugged in. Is that not how it works with jump drives and SD cards?

If you don't like me, don't read my posts. I was not put on this Earth to please you or anyone else.
Any comments I make toward anyone are based on their actions, and the actions of any particular group to which they may belong that attacks people like me. If you find that to be disrespectful, well then I don't know what to tell you. There are plenty of people here who do that just as much as, if not more, than I.
Some of us are sick of taking crap from the majority and refuse to sit still for it any longer. I'm ****ing tired of it after 25 years of fighting it. Deal with it or don't. The choice is yours. But don't expect me to there and take it if someone calls me ****** or anything like that. I'm not going to. No more Mr Nice Gay. If social conservatives, such as some Christians and Republicans, want respect, they could start by showing a little- something they have NEVER done for us, no matter how much we've tried.
Doesn't violence once begat more violence? I mean by any means necessary isn't all that great to help your cause.

Looks nice, but I already have my own mail server (Exchange 2003) and it works perfectly, with Outlook Web Access and ActiveSync to my Windows Mobile smartphone. :)

Parents should be slowly divesting themselves of big, life decisions to their children as they grow. Yes, you can set rules of the house but you can't actually actively prevent him from doing something.
Who's talking about decisions? It's about teaching responsibilities.
Obviously you can't prevent any person from doing as they desire, but setting rules is not a prison sentence, it's a loving parent exercising their responsibility to set guidelines for a yet not grown up (technically) young adult who doesn't know any better. Sure they need to learn by their mistakes, but tell that to him when he's 19 and responsible for a baby who never asked to be brought into the world. He'll have to grow up then won't he or can he?

The top earners have almost all of the wealth in this country, they should be paying almost all of the taxes. If they were paying too much, wouldn't the wealth disparity be shrinking?

Yes it was. Your post was at 3 am of my time and I'm in -7 (daylight savings off). So going back to +14 time zone gives 21 hours, add the 21 hours to the 3 hours that this day was in by the time you created the thread and yeah, it was 00:00 of August 1st 2010 in that particular time zone.
